Our Personalised Dog Sun Caps combine sun protection, comfort and a custom touch to create something truly special for your pup. Designed with the same lightweight, breathable materials as our classic dog caps, these caps help keep your dog cool while providing shade from the sun.
What makes them unique is the ability to personalise each cap with your dog’s name or a print, adding a fun, stylish and practical detail that will make your dog stand out wherever they go.
Choose from 1 of 9 Print Colours options and 4 unique font styles, to truly make a one of a kind product for your dog.
Foam padding in the front panels and an interior sweatband add extra comfort, with flexible elastic sides and an adjustable chin strap create a flexible yet secure fit.
Caps are available in Soft Pink, Royal Navy and Light Denim, and in inclusive sizes from XXS to L to suit a wide range of breeds.
Fit & Styling
Designed with a structured front panel and curved brim, these caps sit comfortably across your dog’s head while helping shade the eyes and reduce glare. The elastic side panels and adjustable chin strap allow flexibility across different head shapes, helping the cap stay secure during movement.

Each Sunny Dog cap features a fully adjustable chin strap for a soft, secure fit. Most pups settle in within minutes and the lightweight design means they barely notice it's there.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Use the size guide on the product page — measure around your dog's head just above the ears. If you're between sizes, size up. Free size exchanges if you need to swap.
How long does shipping take in Australia?
Standard shipping is 3–7 business days Aussie-wide, and free on orders over $70. Express & International shipping is available at checkout.
