We offer 30-day returns and exchanges from the date your order is delivered, provided the items meet the conditions below.

Free Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No worries!

We offer FREE Size Exchanges on eligible products because finding the perfect fit for your pup is important to us.

Simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help organise your exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

✔ Be returned within 30 days of delivery

✔ Be in original good condition

✔ Be free from damage, pet hair, odours or signs of use

Items That Can't Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

✔ Personalised products (unless faulty or incorrect)

✔ Clearance or final sale items

Because personalised items are custom made just for you, they cannot be resold.

✔ Available for Australian orders

✔ Exchange item must be for the same product in a different size and be

✔ Returned in original condition

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
