Australian Customers:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $30. Delivery will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive.

Express Shipping is available for $9.95 and arrives within 1-4 business days. 

International Customers: 

We can ship internationally for an additional fee. Fee ranges from $20-$30 depending on location. Price will be calculated at checkout.

Each dog is unique, therefore we recommend that you measure your dog’s head  (as best you can!) and then compare it with our Sizing Chart to choose the most suitable size.

We also recommend that you provide us with your dog’s breed when prompted so that we can double check you are ordering the right size for your dog.  

Please Note: Our hats are individually handmade and woven therefore all hats within the size range, may vary slightly in overall measurement. We do our best to ensure our hats are as close to the measurements provided as possible.

We offer Free Size Exchanges if requested within 15 days of delivery. Product/s must be in perfect condition with no damage. You can choose to exchange for the correct size or receive a store credit to use later.

Returns are available if the product is faulty upon receiving. Please email hello@sunnydogandco.com.au to organise an exchange or return.
